“The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.”
— Alan Watts
You might be experiencing anxiety, depression, or one of life’s many transitions—large, small, and everything in between. Whether you're managing feelings of grief, navigating today’s world with ADHD, or finding yourself at a crossroads, I’m deeply passionate about helping you tap into your strengths, resilience, and inner wisdom. Together we can explore what gives you a sense of meaning and purpose to create a life that feels true to who you are at your core. My aim as a therapist is to offer a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel free to explore, reflect, and grow. Taking the step to seek therapy is a courageous move and a powerful way to begin making sense of the unique twists and turns life throws at us. It would be a privilege to join you in that dance.
My approach to therapy
I work individually with teens (13+) and adults, as well as couples, both in person and virtually. I believe that true healing happens in the context of genuine human connection. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and a commitment to social justice. I believe that all of us have the innate capacity for growth and change, and I strive to create a space that honors your unique story and experiences. I draw from Person-Centered and Existential Therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), with practical tools from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) to help you navigate life’s complexities and move with the flow of change. I also enjoy incorporating mindfulness practices to help you stay grounded, present, and connected to your authentic self.
If you’re looking for a therapist who values the strength of meaningful connection, the wisdom of embracing life’s uncertainties, and finding purpose in every step of the journey, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
