“We are all just walking each other home.”

-Ram Dass

Who are you and where are you going? It takes courage to genuinely know ourselves and accept all that we are. Uncovering our true nature allows for new perspective. In turn opening a door to healing, restoration, and inspired growth. I believe self-discovery can help us break free from self-limiting patterns, better meet challenges, and live to our fullest potential. With greater self-awareness we can adapt, blossom, and make the best choices possible.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults using a holistic, integrative blend of approaches (see more below). I practice cultural humility and Nonviolent Communication. And am committed to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion, honoring the uniqueness of you. I encourage you to celebrate your strengths and abilities. My counseling style is best suited to those who are willing to engage in this process and “do the work”. I believe it is important to understand that life is all about practice and the process of self-actualization is ongoing. I am here to offer support on your journey. I invite you to join me in cultivating meaningful connection as we navigate this human experience adventure.

Some of the therapy modalities I draw from include:
